Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, 412 Vault will accept online returns for a full refund or exchange, excluding items such as Gift Cards. We have a 14-day return policy commencing from the date of delivery.

Items sent back to 412 Vault without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start the return process, please contact the team at help@412vault.com or fill out 412 Vault's return form below. 412 Vault's customer support aims to respond to your return request within 48 hours.

 

Create a Return

 

Please ensure that you return goods to us within 14 days from delivery. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided. You will have 7 days from the date of notification to return the unwanted purchase.

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to 412 Vault. We recommend that you return your items via registered and insured post to the below address:

If a return is payable to you, we will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any case within five (5) business days of receipt of the original order back to us. Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

 

Returns Terms & Conditions

 

  • Please do not remove the tags until you are happy with your order. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the Product, its tags, security devices, or seals have been used, removed, broken, or tampered with. The tag must not be removed and be fully intact when you return any item to entitle you to an exchange or refund. 
  • Gift Cards are excluded and cannot be returned. 
  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, tags, and packaging, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
  • All sneakers must be returned in their original condition with the sneaker box and an outer box for protection purposes. Any returns sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.
  • We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn, washed, or altered. Please ensure the item is stored in a clean and smoke-free environment with all the manufacturer's respective packaging and tags attached.
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
  • Products should be returned in the original packaging, with their respective brand tags still attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product.

 

Damages and general quality issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact 412 Vault immediately regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items so the issue can be rectified. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case within five (5) business days of confirming via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact 412 Vault's Customer Service by emailing us at help@412vault.com with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.

If 412 Vault dispatched the products to you, you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can ask for a return upon receipt of the products by contacting our Customer Service within 14 days from the date you received the shipment.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
There is an exchange program for incorrect size-related issues or change of mind. There is no additional cost associated with the exchange program. You will cover the return of the sneakers.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any stated reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as received, not worn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

 

If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible and in any case within five (5) business days of receipt of the original order back to us.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.

 

We will notify you once 412 Vault has received and formally inspected the package. If your refund is approved, your refund amount will be actioned via the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. On the rare occasion that 10 business days have elapsed since 412 Vault approved your refund, please contact the team at help@412vault.com.
